All construction and works contract services (SAC 00440410) will be executed as per the mutually agreed written quotation or agreement.

Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will require written approval and may involve extra charges.

Prices are based on current market rates of materials (sand, cement, steel, bricks, etc.).

Payment terms will be clearly mentioned in the quotation/contract.

Delay in payment may result in work suspension or additional charges.

Materials supplied (HSN 2505, 6901, 2523, 7213) are subject to availability and market conditions.

Quality standards will be maintained as per industry norms.

Estimated completion time will be provided before project commencement.

Delays due to weather, government restrictions, material shortages, or unforeseen circumstances will not be the company’s liability.

The client must provide clear site access and required approvals.

Any design or plan changes during construction must be informed in writing.

We ensure quality workmanship; however, damages caused by misuse, natural disasters, or third-party interference are not our responsibility.

Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion.

If unresolved, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local court.
